聚焦“AI 赋能文化产业”，深化中马产业协同与企业合作
4 月 22 日，作为中国国际服务贸易交易会（服贸会）海外常态化活动之一，2026 中马文化创新与交流暨中马经贸生态对接峰会（吉隆坡站）在马来西亚吉隆坡举行。活动以“AI 赋能文化产业，深化中马交流合作”为主题，聚焦文化创新、经贸对接、企业服务与本土化落地，围绕服务贸易、数字经济、人工智能应用、品牌出海及区域市场协同等方向展开深入交流，进一步推动中马双方拓展合作空间、凝聚合作共识、形成务实成果。
本次活动由首都会展集团、亚洲创新研究中心共同主办，北京市国际服务贸
易事务中心支持，北京心相映画文化传媒有限责任公司和马来西亚 Vesion Sdn. Bhd.联合承办，并联动多家中马机构及企业共同参与，形成政府引导、企业主导、产学研协同推进的合作格局。
部长致辞：强调文化与科技融合发展新机遇
在开幕环节，马来西亚旅游、艺术和文化部副部长赵俊文（YB Tuan Chiew Choon Man）出席活动并发表致辞表示，在全球数字化与智能化加速发展的背景下，文化与旅游正成为连接国家与人民的重要桥梁。人工智能、新媒体及数字技术正不断重塑文化价值链，为文化内容产业带来新的发展机遇。
他指出，中马两国在文化资源与数字技术方面具有高度互补性。马来西亚拥有多元文化与区域枢纽优势，中国在数字基础设施与内容产业发展方面具备领先优势。双方应进一步深化在文化内容、旅游融合及产业协同等领域的合作，推动合作从交流走向落地，实现更高质量与可持续的发展。
企业参与推动圆桌深度对话
在圆桌论坛环节，马来西亚国家电影发展局（FINAS）从政策与产业引导层面分享了文化内容产业发展的方向与支持体系，为行业发展提供重要政策参考。
来自马来西亚头部动画 IP 企业 Les’ Copaque Production Sdn. Bhd.（《Upin & Ipin》创作方） 从本土 IP 打造与区域传播经验出发，分享了马来西亚原创内容在国际市场拓展中的实践路径，体现出文化内容企业在区域文化输出中的重要作用。
马来西亚沉浸式内容品牌 Super T.i 则从用户体验与内容应用场景出发，探
讨 AI 技术如何推动内容形态创新及商业模式升级，展现了新兴内容企业在推动
文化科技融合中的探索方向。
来自马来亚大学（Universiti Malaya）的代表从学术与技术融合的角度出发，分享了人工智能在内容创新与产业应用中的实践与探索，重点探讨了高校在推动产学研协同、促进技术成果转化及支撑内容产业升级中的重要作用，为中马文化内容产业发展提供了专业支持与创新视角。
圆桌讨论中，多方观点形成互补，从政策引导、内容生产到传播渠道及应用场景，共同勾勒出中马内容产业协同发展的现实路径。
企业实践支撑 AI 赋能产业发展
主旨演讲环节进一步体现企业在推动产业落地中的关键作用。
顺丰速运（马来西亚）有限公司（SF International Express Malaysia）代表围绕“AI 驱动智慧物流升级”，分享了在跨境物流与产业协同中的实践经验，展示了技术企业在支撑中马经贸合作与跨境生态中的基础性作用。
Les’ Copaque Production Sdn Bhd 代表则从内容产业角度，探讨 AI 与数字技术如何赋能本土 IP 价值提升与区域传播，进一步强化文化内容产业的商业转化能力。
同时，高校与行业机构代表围绕产学研融合与中小企业数字化转型等议题展开分享，与企业实践形成呼应，推动产业链上下游的协同发展。

成果发布推动企业合作落地
成果发布环节集中展示中马企业与机构合作的阶段性成果。
亚洲创新研究中心（AIRH）联合马来亚大学、马来西亚中华青年联合会、中国新经济学家智库企业出海联盟、诚信与品牌研究院等多方机构签署合作备忘录，围绕企业出海、品牌国际化、内容创新及产业协同等方向展开合作，进一步强化企业在合作体系中的主体地位。
企业创新力研究中心的设立，也为企业技术应用与产业升级提供了重要平台支撑，推动创新成果从研究走向市场。
企业成为中马合作的重要驱动力
与会各方一致认为，随着人工智能与数字经济的发展，企业在中马合作中的作用愈发凸显。
马来西亚本土内容企业、科技企业及媒体平台正积极参与区域合作，中国企业在技术与产业体系方面提供重要支撑，双方通过优势互补，共同推动内容产业创新与区域市场拓展。
越来越多企业正从“参与交流”走向“参与合作”，从单点合作迈向体系化协同，标志着中马合作正进入以企业为主体、以项目为抓手的务实发展阶段。

亚洲创新研究中心与 PIKOM 举行工作会谈
4月14日，亚洲创新研究中心（AIRH）常务副院长黄洁率队访问马来西亚国家科技协会（PIKOM），并与 PIKOM 首席执行官 Ong Kian Yew 先生及秘书处相关成员举行会谈。双方围绕数字经济发展、人工智能产业合作、人才培养及区域创新协同等议题进行了深入交流，并就进一步加强沟通联系、拓展合作空间达成广泛共识。
会谈中，黄洁介绍了亚洲创新研究中心（AIRH）在人工智能研究、产业赋能、国际合作及平台建设等方面的最新进展。她表示，当前人工智能技术加速发展，推动产学研深度融合、促进区域创新资源优化配置，已成为实现高质量发展的重要路径。亚洲创新研究中心高度重视与马来西亚科技产业界的交流与合作，期待未来与 PIKOM 在产业对接、创新生态建设、人才交流及联合活动等方面进一步深化合作，共同推动区域数字化转型与智能化发展。

Asia Innovation Research Hub Holds Working Meeting with PIKOM
On 14 April, a delegation from the Asia Innovation Research Hub (AIRH), led by Executive Vice President Ms Summer Huang, visited the National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM) for a working meeting with PIKOM Chief Executive Officer Mr Ong Kian Yew and members of the Secretariat.
During the meeting, both sides held productive discussions on matters of mutual interest, including digital economy development, collaboration in the artificial intelligence sector, talent development, and regional innovation. The exchange also reflected a shared interest in strengthening communication and exploring further avenues for cooperation.
Ms Huang shared AIRH’s latest developments in artificial intelligence research, industry engagement, international cooperation, and platform building. She noted that, as AI technologies continue to evolve rapidly, deeper collaboration among industry, academia and research institutions, together with better allocation of regional innovation resources, will be important to supporting high-quality development. She added that AIRH places strong importance on engagement with Malaysia’s technology ecosystem and looks forward to closer cooperation with PIKOM in areas such as industry linkages, innovation ecosystem development, talent exchange, and joint programmes, with a view to supporting regional digital transformation and intelligent growth.
Mr Ong Kian Yew welcomed the AIRH delegation and shared PIKOM’s ongoing efforts in advancing Malaysia’s digital industry, strengthening linkages between government and industry, and supporting technological innovation and industry collaboration. He noted that PIKOM has long focused on key areas such as artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and tech talent development, and expressed hope that both parties will maintain close engagement and pursue practical collaboration in areas including resource sharing, capacity building, and international cooperation.
The meeting further strengthened mutual understanding between AIRH and PIKOM, and laid a good foundation for regular engagement and future collaboration. The event was attended by Tao Xiongqiang, President of the Digital Intelligence Branch of CAIACP; Liu Jifang, Executive Vice President; Vice Presidents Han Fujun and Liu Fuhe; Deputy Secretary-General Shen Liding; Sun Ao, Founder and Director of MaiMai Technology; as well as representatives from multiple member organizations. Huang Jie, Executive Vice President of the Asia Innovation Research Hub (AIRH), was invited to participate in the exchange and research discussions.

During the visit, participants toured MaiMai Technology’s exhibition center and engaged in in-depth discussions on Agricultural AI application scenarios and industrial implementation.

Among the highlighted initiatives were durian harvesting robots and rubber tapping robots developed in collaboration with Malaysian partners. These projects attracted strong interest from participants regarding the integration of Chinese Agricultural AI technologies with ASEAN agricultural scenarios.

KUALA LUMPUR — Asia Innovation Research Hub (AIRH) has held an official meeting at the headquarters of Malaysia’s National Film Development Corporation (FINAS) with FINAS Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Azmir Saifuddin Bin Mutalib and senior marketing executives. Both sides conducted in-depth deliberations on the China-ASEAN AI Short Drama Festival and reached a series of consensus on deepening digital content industry cooperation between China and ASEAN member states.

Dedicated to bolstering industrial synergy and cross-border partnership between China and Southeast Asia, AIRH has long specialised in the digital economy, cultural technology and transnational industrial cooperation. Ms. Fang Fang, Vice President of AIRH, commented that widespread AI adoption in content production and distribution, alongside the booming short-form narrative content sector, is driving structural transformation across regional cultural industries. In this context, the China-ASEAN AI Narrative Short Drama Cooperation Platform will leverage artificial intelligence to build a full-spectrum industrial mechanism encompassing creation, resource matching, copyright trading and commercialisation, enabling cross-border circulation and scalable growth of premium regional creative content.

Catering to the Chinese and ASEAN consumer markets, the platform integrates industry competitions and institutional collaboration to discover emerging creators and original intellectual property assets, and advance co-production, brand partnership and multi-channel content distribution. Furthermore, it will pioneer region-adapted copyright protection frameworks and content compliance standards, supporting sustainable, regulated and standardised growth across the regional digital content industry.
FINAS首席执行官（CEO）Dato’ Azmir Saifuddin Bin Mutalib表示，马来西亚具备多元文化、多语言环境及辐射东盟的区位优势，在影视制作与内容传播方面拥有良好基础。通过与AIRH的合作，有望进一步引入中国在AI内容生产、平台运营及商业化方面的成熟经验，推动本地产业能力提升，并促进马来西亚文化内容在区域及国际市场的传播。
FINAS CEO Dato’ Azmir Saifuddin Bin Mutalib stated that Malaysia’s multicultural landscape, multilingual talent pool and strategic geographic position across ASEAN offer solid foundations for film production and cross-border content dissemination. The strategic partnership with AIRH will allow Malaysia to absorb China’s proven expertise in AI-driven content creation, platform operation and commercialisation, upgrade local creative industrial capacity, and amplify the global influence of Malaysian cultural content.
同时，FINAS方面认为，该合作将有助于推动东盟地区在AI内容应用领域的发展进程，并为区域内AI叙事内容的行业模式、技术标准及内容治理体系的探索提供重要实践基础，促进形成更加规范、有序、可持续的产业发展环境。
FINAS added that the collaboration will accelerate ASEAN’s industrial progress in AI content application. It will deliver actionable industry practice to shape regional business models, technical benchmarks and content governance protocols, fostering a more orderly, standardised and sustainable ecosystem for AI-powered creative content across Southeast Asia.
“中国—东盟AI短剧节”不仅是内容创新的重要展示平台，也有望成为连接中国与东盟文化产业的重要枢纽，为区域数字经济发展与文化交流合作注入新动能。
The China-ASEAN AI Short Drama Festival acts as both a premier showcase for creative innovation and a pivotal cross-border hub bridging Chinese and ASEAN cultural industries, injecting fresh impetus into regional digital economic integration and cultural exchange.
目前，项目已进入关键推进阶段。下一步，相关合作机制将持续完善，并逐步向品牌方、内容平台及产业机构开放合作通道，推动项目有序落地实施。
The project has entered a critical implementation phase. Moving forward, both parties will refine cross-border cooperation frameworks and open partnership access to brands, content platforms and industrial institutions to ensure the steady rollout and long-term operation of the initiative.

亚创中心（AIRH）平台推动中马大健康产业对接助力中医药国际合作取得务实进展

在4月22日“中马文化创新与交流暨中马经贸生态对接峰会（吉隆坡站）”成功举办之后，亚洲创新研究中心（AIRH）持续发挥跨境资源整合与产业对接平台作用，推动中马企业在大健康领域实现务实合作。
AIRH围绕重点产业方向，迅速推进项目落地，成功促成中国宁波德康生物制品有限公司与马来西亚KL国际中医院之间的商务对接。双方围绕中医药产品应用、大健康服务场景及区域合作等方向开展深入交流，并已初步形成合作意向。
宁波德康生物制品有限公司长期聚焦中医药相关产品的研发与应用，在大健康领域具备成熟的技术基础与产品体系。
KL国际中医院作为马来西亚具有较高影响力的中西医结合医疗机构，在本地设有多家分支机构，拥有近30年的发展经验，在中医诊疗、康复治疗及大健康服务领域具备扎实的专业能力与服务基础，在多族群医疗服务及中医药推广方面积累了良好口碑。
此次合作对接，标志着中国中医药产业与马来西亚本地医疗服务体系之间的进一步融合。通过将中国企业在产品研发与产业化方面的优势，与马来西亚医疗机构在临床应用及本地服务场景方面的经验相结合，有望推动中医药在东南亚市场的本地化发展与规模化应用。
该项目也是AIRH平台推动中马产业合作从“交流对话”迈向“项目落地”的典型案例。依托其在中国与东盟之间的资源网络与产业连接能力，AIRH持续构建“企业对接—场景落地—产业协同”的合作路径，助力企业在区域市场实现高效对接与合作转化。

4月19日，亚洲创新研究中心（AIRH）常务副院长黄洁与马来西亚戏剧协会（Persatuan Teater Malaysia）主席 SAKRANI BIN SHAMSUDDIN 一同赴 Super T.I 开展交流考察，深入了解沉浸式娱乐体验项目，并就相关项目在马来西亚的本土化发展前景进行探讨。
On 19 April, Ms Huang Jie, Executive Vice President of the Asia Innovation Research Hub (AIRH), visited Super T.I together with Mr Sakrani bin Shamsuddin, President of Persatuan Teater Malaysia, for an exchange session and site visit. The visit provided an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Super T.I’s immersive entertainment project and to explore its prospects for localisation in Malaysia.

考察期间，双方重点了解了 Super T.I 在沉浸式娱乐项目内容策划、技术呈现、互动设计及场景运营等方面的实践成果，并就沉浸式体验在文化传播、艺术表达和公众参与中的应用潜力进行了深入交流。作为文化与科技融合发展的新型载体，沉浸式娱乐在提升文化体验感、增强内容传播力以及拓展创意产业边界等方面具有良好发展潜力。
During the visit, both sides were briefed on Super T.I’s practical experience in immersive entertainment project development, including content planning, technical presentation, interactive design, and venue operations. They also held in-depth discussions on the application potential of immersive experiences in cultural communication, artistic expression, and public engagement. As a new model at the intersection of culture and technology, immersive entertainment has shown strong potential in enhancing audience experience, strengthening audience engagement, and expanding the boundaries of the creative industry.

黄洁表示，沉浸式娱乐是推动文化内容创新表达和跨界融合发展的重要方向。当前，中马两国在文化交流、人文合作和创意产业发展等方面具备良好基础，未来可进一步结合数字技术、互动叙事和本地文化资源，探索更具在地性、参与感和传播力的内容形态。亚洲创新研究中心愿继续发挥中马交流合作桥梁作用，积极推动资源对接与平台协同，助力沉浸式娱乐项目在马来西亚实现更具本土特色的发展。
Ms Huang Jie noted that immersive entertainment represents an important direction for innovation in cultural content and cross-sector integration. She said that China and Malaysia already share a strong foundation in cultural exchange, people-to-people engagement, and creative industry development, and that there is significant room to further explore content formats that are more locally relevant, participatory, and engaging through the integration of digital technology, interactive storytelling, and local cultural resources. She added that AIRH will continue to serve as a bridge for China-Malaysia exchange and cooperation, actively facilitating resource matching and platform collaboration to support the development of immersive entertainment projects with stronger local characteristics in Malaysia.
SAKRANI BIN SHAMSUDDIN 表示，戏剧艺术与沉浸式体验在表达方式、观众互动和场景营造等方面具有广阔的融合空间。通过与创新平台及项目方加强合作，不仅有助于拓展马来西亚本地文化艺术的呈现方式，也将为推动本土创意内容创新带来新的契机。
Mr Sakrani bin Shamsuddin said that theatre arts and immersive experiences have broad potential for integration in terms of modes of expression, audience interaction, and scene creation. He noted that closer collaboration with innovation platforms and project developers would not only help broaden the presentation of local arts and culture in Malaysia, but also create new opportunities for the development of local creative content.
此次交流中，亚洲创新研究中心积极发挥桥梁纽带作用，推动 Super T.I 与马来西亚戏剧协会建立联系，为双方围绕沉浸式娱乐开展本土化合作奠定了良好基础。未来，AIRH 将继续围绕中马文化交流合作需求，促进创新项目、行业资源与本地文化机构之间的深度对接，推动更多兼具文化内涵、科技表达与市场潜力的合作实践落地。
During the exchange, AIRH played an active bridging role by connecting Super T.I with Persatuan Teater Malaysia, laying a good foundation for both sides to explore localisation cooperation in immersive entertainment. Moving forward, AIRH will continue to respond to the needs of China-Malaysia cultural exchange by promoting deeper linkages among innovative projects, industry resources, and local cultural institutions, and by supporting the implementation of more collaborative initiatives with cultural value, technological expression, and market potential. 亚洲创新研究中心(AIRH)出席第二届马中中医高峰论坛，深化中医药在东盟地区战略合作
2025年4月27日，第二届马中中医高峰论坛在马来西亚吉隆坡隆重举行。马来西亚副首相拿督斯里阿末扎希、中国驻马来西亚大使馆公使郑学方、马来西亚卫生部副部长拿督诺阿兹米等多位重要嘉宾出席论坛并致辞。亚洲创新研究中心(AIRH)应邀出席此次盛会，并与主办方围绕中医药在东盟地区的贸易合作、科技创新与发展前景展开深入交流，达成多项战略合作意向。
亚洲创新研究中心(AIRH)在本次论坛期间，重点就中医药与数字科技融合、区域中医药科研协同机制构建、跨境中医药产品准入机制优化等议题，与主办方及多方代表开展务实对接，提出举办“东盟国际中医药及大健康博览会”的初步构想，并获得积极响应。
