Building a China-ASEAN Platform for Two-Way Investment and Cross-Border Legal Services

On July 2, during the “Closed-Door Exchange on Chinese Enterprises’ Investment, Operations, and Business Support in Malaysia” hosted by the Asia Innovation Research Hub (AIRH), AIRH officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Beijing Dentons (Xiamen) Law Firm. The two parties will establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on China-ASEAN two-way investment, cross-border business development, legal compliance services, industrial resource matching, and corporate internationalization. Together, they aim to build a professional service system covering both the Chinese and ASEAN markets.
This collaboration marks a significant step forward for AIRH in improving its cross-border enterprise service ecosystem and enhancing its professional capabilities. It also provides a more systematic, professional, and efficient support platform for Chinese enterprises going global, as well as for Malaysian and ASEAN enterprises entering the Chinese market.
